This two-level conveyor was designed to load boxes, in this case with plastic tabs.
Empty boxes are loaded on to the conveyor and moved into position, ready to be filled. At this point the upper belt starts to run and an injection molding machine will begin to eject tabs from the chute and onto the belt. The plastic tabs are loaded into the box on the lower belt and the box moves to the end of the line.

This conveyor has automatic indexing functions to keep track of the amount of parts going into the boxes. When a batch of parts are loaded into the chute the count is increased by one. The user can set the counter to any number they wish in order to get the desired number of parts in the box.
