UPGRADES & CUSTOMIZATION
Feet Options:
Leveling Feet
Adjustable feet allow you to level and support the conveyor.
Swivel Casters
Make your conveyor easily movable by putting it on wheels.
Washdown Options:
Next Level
For the highest level sanitary production, every feature can be washdown proof - including the motor.
Special Features
For extra washdown care, a quick release tensioner can aid in removing the belt for cleaning.
Underhung Drive
The drive is tucked further under the conveyor rather than being on the side.
Consider Automation & Control
Materials are counted out in parts, or sorted in sections.
This is useful for things like filling boxes with the correct amount of items, or moving piles with the correct weight.
See Boxing Conveyor or see Chain Conveyor for examples of this function.
Lift objects up and down like an elevator.
Items can be sent to different floors for the next step in their journey.
Move items into parallel rows or combine them back together into one lane.
Put an object into the position you need it to be in.
Examples:
Send items down different lines with automation
E.g. Bottle Conveyor or Lifting Conveyor
Vacuum / Magnetics – grab object into position E.g. Magnetic Vacuum Conveyor
Positioning Chute – narrows path to guide object into position E.g. Chutes
Laning – move object into organized lanes E.g. Accumulation Conveyor
Slow products down.
This can be accomplished in many ways, and we can accommodate your system as needed.
Examples:
Accumulation sections allow materials to idle in place.
Chutes slow products down to allow a softer transition into their next location.

Add-Ons and Attachments
Rails keep products on track down the conveyor line.
Covers are placed over conveyors to protect materials from contaminants.
Chutes take materials and transition them for the next step. This plastic/UHMW chute slows products down so they can drop into boxes. This flipper chute flips metal lids to examine them.
We offer many ways to transition materials between conveyors.
Faster transfers between conveyors means less wasted time.
We can create conveyors to match the desired direction materials need to move.
