Dual Lane Bumper Fascia Conveyors

A Dual Lane / Bumper Fascia conveyor is a two-belt conveying system designed to support, balance, and transport longer or uniquely shaped items that can’t sit securely on a single belt. By splitting the load between two parallel lanes, this system provides improved stability, better weight distribution, and smoother handling for oversized, long, or challenging products.

Moves Materials Like: Wide parts, etc.
Industries: Manufacturing, Auto, etc.
Belting/Surface: Rough belt

UPGRADES & CUSTOMIZATION

Feet Options:

Leveling Feet

Adjustable feet allow you to level and support the conveyor.

Casters on conveyor

Swivel Casters

Make your conveyor easily movable by putting it on wheels.

Stainless Motor

Washdown Proof

For the highest level sanitary production, every feature can be washdown proof - including the motor.

Side Guides

Customize with the side guides that fit your requirements.

Underhung Drive

Underhung Drive

The drive is tucked further under the conveyor rather than being on the side.

Height adjustable legs on a conveyor

Adjustable Legs

Change the height of your conveyor with adjustable brackets.

Consider Automation & Control

Materials are counted out in parts, or sorted in sections.

This is useful for things like filling boxes with the correct amount of items, or moving piles with the correct weight.

See Boxing Conveyor or see Chain Conveyor for examples of this function.

Lift objects up and down like an elevator.
Items can be sent to different floors for the next step in their journey.

Put an object into the position you need it to be in.

Examples:

Send items down different lines with automation
E.g.
Bottle Conveyor or Lifting Conveyor

Vacuum / Magnetics – grab object into position E.g. Magnetic Vacuum Conveyor

Positioning Chute – narrows path to guide object into position E.g. Chutes

Laning – move object into organized lanes E.g. Accumulation Conveyor

Slow products down.
This can be accomplished in many ways, and we can accommodate your system as needed.

Examples:

Accumulation sections allow materials to idle in place.

Chutes slow products down to allow a softer transition into their next location.

Chutes take materials and transition them for the next step. This plastic/UHMW chute slows products down so they can drop into boxes. This flipper chute flips metal lids to examine them.

We offer many ways to transition materials between conveyors.
Faster transfers between conveyors means less wasted time.
